Stakeholder Information

Stakeholder workshops are intended to present stakeholders the concepts and requirements regarding sustainable management criteria as set forth in the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, the minimum thresholds and measurable objectives developed for the Arroyo Santa Rosa Groundwater Basin as part of the GSP, and the projects and management actions proposed in the GSP.

  • Notice to Water Well Owners

The GSA has completed a draft Arroyo Santa Rosa Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) and it is available for review and public comments. Comments may be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] during the public comment period, February 1, 2023 through March 17, 2023, or you may provide comments orally during the Public Workshop #3 on February 28, 2023.
